- you b you can accept any return & exchange only in the case if the product is damaged, wrong delivered, or replacement case and the product will be in an unused/intact/sealable and undamaged condition.
- The product should be in its original packaging & with the product invoice.
- Postage & shipping cannot be refunded.
- Returns & exchange appeal is subject to thorough checking and inspection by you b you Team.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be entertaining under the exchange/returns policy.
- Once the return/exchange request has been accepted, we will process the same within 7 to 21 working days.
